At Norshea Damore Boutique we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns under the following policy:

Return Window

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Defective/ Damaged Upon Arrival and Wrong Item(s):

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us immediately if you have any problems with your item(s) shipped faulty, defective in craftsmanship, material(s), damaged or if you received the wrong item(s). We do not except returns of any items that have been damaged, worn or torn by the buyer. Every return is inspected. Missing, ineligible, or worn items can reduce or cancel credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be accepted, returned items must meet all the following requirements:

  • They are unworn.
  • They are unwashed
  • They have all original tags attached
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging if possible.

Final-Sale Items

Items that never qualify for return (Final Sale):

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie, pajamas, and undergarments
  • Beauty products
  • Accessories
  • Party wear

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We accept exchanges for the same item of a different size, subject to availability.

If the item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

 

How to Start a Return   

-Contact us at norsheadamore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

·       -We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

·        -If any Item is sent back without requesting a return it will be discarded, and no credit will be issued. We reserve the right to deny returns to senders who do not have prior return approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Reserved Rights and Legal Notice

We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud, or other irregular activity. We may at any time refuse online services for similar reasons. Non‑Norshea Damore Boutique items sent to our Pre-Check Hub will be discarded upon receipt without explanation.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Identity theft

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse any service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit.
