Return Policy
What you need to know about Return(s):
If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
Dissatisfied with Purchased Item(s):
If you are simply dissatisfied with any item(s) you purchased, and would like to return them, please contact us at norsheadamore@gmail.com to submit a request.
Defective/ Damaged Upon Arrival and Wrong Item(s):
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us immediately at norsheadamore@gmail.com if you have any problems with your item(s) shipped faulty, defective in craftsmanship, material(s), damaged or if you received the wrong item(s).
Exceptions/ Non-Returnable item(s):
We do not except returns of any items that have been damaged, worn or torn by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Certain types of Items cannot be Returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, flowers, or plants).
- Final sale items like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as any beauty products).
- Health restrictions (such as undergarments & masks of any kind).
- Hazardous materials, (such as flammable liquids, or gases).

Please Note: Items returned without submitting a request and given confirmation will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny returns to senders who do not have prior return approval.
Postage & Packaging:
Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable in any circumstances. The cost of return(s) and postage charges of replacement(s) or in case of exchange(s) are paid by the buyer. Please carefully check your order before completing your purchase for size(s), color(s), measurement(s), dimension(s), and quantity to avoid additional shipping cost/or charges.
