Thank you for shopping with Norshea Damore Boutique. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

During high-volume sales periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

We currently offer:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.00 for all U.S. orders
  • Shipping available within the United States only

Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are typically between 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier delays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and active email address at checkout. Tracking information and order updates are sent to the email address provided when the order is placed.

Norshea Damore Boutique is not responsible for missed tracking notifications or delivery updates due to full inboxes, spam/junk folder settings, incorrect email addresses, or email service provider issues. Customers are encouraged to regularly check their inbox, spam, and junk folders for shipping updates.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team with your full name and order number so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

We work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners around the world to source quality products for our customers.

International supplier processing times generally range from 3–5 business days after an order is placed. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days depending on the destination country and local carrier services.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Please note:

  • International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Norshea Damore Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
