Why is my order not shipped after payment?

  1. Affected by COVID-19, most of the factories that cooperate with Norshea Damore Boutique have not 100% resumed production; they need more time to produce or prepare the products you purchased.
  2. Norshea Damore Boutique upgraded the stricter quality inspection. During COVID-19, everything became chaotic. In order to ensure the quality of your products, Norshea Damore Boutique has adopted stricter quality inspection and packaging standards, which means that it will be spending more time on order processing.
  3. Logistics companies such as USPS/DHL/UPS are experiencing large-scale paralysis during COVID-19. There are too many packages to be shipped. All packages now need to be queued and taken in the logistics companies. For your packages to be shipped normally, Norshea Damore Boutique makes the greatest efforts every day.
  4. Due to Covid-19, orders may take 12 to 30 business days to be delivered. We are doing our best to accommodate you.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Once we have completed processing, and your order is ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number included in it. Depending on the products you order, the processing time may take 2-5 business days to be completed for shipping.
  • Tracking numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable or not found, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking usually updating within 24 to 48 hours.

     Why are my packages so slow after being shipped from Norshea Damore Boutique?

    1. Fewer international cargo flights and worse shipping capacity. USPS, DHL, UPS, and other logistics companies have adjusted shipping time and shipping prices to cope with large-scale logistics paralysis worldwide.
    2. Packages need to be queued up at the logistics company, queued up to enter the warehouse, and queued up for shipment.
    3. Customs Clearance in various countries has become more complicated for our large merchandise shipments. Governments have strengthened inspections of customs clearance during COVID-19 and also extended the shipping time to some extent.
    4. The warehouse is full of packages of local logistics companies, packages need to be queued for delivery to you.
